ugh i'm sorry i'm in canada but i just went through the same HELL trying to get sims2. all the game stores told me they basically exclude mac from their stores for whatever reason and to go to the nearest apple store to get it which i did. i also accidentally bought the sims complete edition (the first red one) and didn't realize i wanted version 2. i was too excited that it came with ALL the expansions heh. so now i have both XD

i really think they should make a sims2 all inclusive like that for BOTH platforms before they go jumping into sims3 and also leaving mac out of that for gods know how long. DX!! sorry for my anti-gaming industry rant hahaha. try an apple store is what i meant to say heh.
